Hello guys today i will share with you my secret trick on How you can loose 15 kg in just 25 days. is it possible? lets check it.
last year i was a over weighted guy who was bullied by his friends but during my summer vacations i finally decided to loose weight so i joined my nearby gym.my gym trainer made my diet plan according to my age,weight and height but after a week of hard workout and maintaining my diet but when i checked my weight i just lost 500 gm.
it fuckin dissapointed me then i made my own diet plan with information i gained from internet from many famous fitness personality. the diet i made transformed me in one month i lost 16 kg in 25 days. i will share this diet with and excercise i done during my weight loss.
1.when to workout?
the time when you workout affects your mood and body both. working out early morning after drinking 500 ml of warm water cleans the toxic elements of your body and increases the fat burning process.
2.what to eat in breakfast?
breakfast is the most important meal of the day.you should take this meal right oats or eggs are the beast meal you can have for your breakfast. i was taking oats every morning and it helped me alot. you should also add this to your breakfast and feel the change.
3.what to eat in lunch?
this was the starving time for me as i used to eat just 1 or 2 cucumber as it has low calories and max. water contentwhich also boost fat burning process and cleans the skin impurity.
4.can you have sugar in your tea?
yes you can but in small amount i never completely ignored sugar in my tea but i decreased the intake or if you dont wanna intake white sugar you can take brown sugar instead.
5. what to eat at night?
Your last meal should be between 7PM TO 8PM it is the perfect time to have your last meal if you take it after 8PM you are late for the meal. you should take 75 gm of brown rice with pulses,mushroom,soyabean or chicken breast. the last mean is the beast meal for you.
6. what to workout?
i used to start with my cardio session. i start with running for 30 mins at speed of 9 and take breaks of 30 sec after every 5 min.
he second cardio i do is cycling for 15 mins without any breaks.
third i do is 200 jumping jacks.
fourth i do is 250 stair up and down with 2kg of every in both hand.
fifth i do is 100 leg raise and 100 crunches
and the rest is muscle training.
these all steps will help you loose approx 15 kg in a month for sure. i hope you guys will try it and will share it with your friends aur family member who are struggling from obesity.
