let's talk about something interesting today and that is if you go no contact with a girl will she forgot about you and move on to somebody else. so this is something that lot of guys get worried about of course it's natural. they come to me and they ask the same old question that i go no contact on my girlfriend or my wife is she gonna forget about me well this is the natural way you think okay i pull away from her she forgets about me and then she has a room to find somebody else in her life but i can tell you that's not the case.
What is the alternative? first of all you have to ask yourself that what is the alternative to go in no contact to reset the relationship and to get her focus back on to you the alternative is that you chase,you beg, you plead and you try your hardest to convince her to stay in a relationship with you. now i have never seen that work and i have done a lot of consultations and i have dealt with a lot of relationship issues i have lost counts hundreds probably thousands and i have never seen a man chase a girl back into attraction i have never seen a man beg a girl back into attraction i have never seen a man to convince through reason and logic that a woman should stay with him it just doesn't work. you can't reason with a woman and use logic to convince that a stay in relationship with you.
If she thinks emotionally and so she let's her feeling decide what she's gonna do and that ultimately determines if she stays with you or leave you. now when you go no contact on a woman as i have said in my previous blogs what you do is you reset the relationship you give her space you allow her room to breathe you give her the opportunity to miss you and to think about you and to show that you're a confident man who has the ability to walk away from a woman and not get rattled and not get upset it also shows that you're emotionally stable which is really important and it also sub-communicates the fact that you have an abundance mentality meaning that you can go off and find other women right because if you can't what a men do who a desperate, they beg and plead and chase right you're not a desperate man,you're a high value man you have to present that to a woman.
So to get back to the question if you go no contact on a girl is she gonna forget about you, NO she's not gonna forget about you if anything counter-intuitevly it has the opposite effect you pull away from her she pulls away from you now she doesn't think about somebody else she starts to expect you to come back but when you don't she starts to wonder why and then she starts to think about you and then she starts to miss you and then she becomes focus back on to you and then she wants to see you again that's how it works.
So i recently spoke to a guy who was concerned about this and he said look my girlfriend going back to Colombia to see her parents she's gonna be away for a month i don't know if she's gonna find somebody else if i go no contact and i give her that space maybe she's gonna forget about me and meet some other guy over in Colombia well that's not the case and this is a very good example of what you should not do because i told him you have to go no contact in the beginning just to allow her space and room to breathe. the relationship was falling into pieces she was by his knee Dinesen his anxiety and his desperation to keep her because he thought she's such a beautiful girl that he would'nt be able to keep us so of course that insecurity comes out now she goes to Colombia he gets upset he gets worried that she's gonna find somebody else and he's trying to call her every night and he's trying to find out where she is and he's trying to get her to send him pictures he wants evidence.
After couple of nights of doing this she got fed up and she got sick of it she didn't send him any pictures so he starts to panic then gets angry, frustrated and then he apologizes for his behavior and he goes back to chasing her again. now instead of giving her that space he starts to convince to come back to that states and she have enough time to think because she has to spend time with family and seeing the neediness coming from him she cuts contact with him.
So, if you go no contact it's one of the best things to do you can do and she's not gonna forget about you and she's not gonna find somebody else but if you do the opposite she probably will pull away from you even more i gaurantee it and it gonna become more difficult to get her back.
